Charlotte Bobcat's Coach Paul Silas bartending for the Big Day at the Lake Celebrity Bartenders Event at Altons Kitchen & Cocktails. More celebrities on board include Mayor Jeff Tarte, Mrs. Commish Janice Travis, Realtor Arlene Arciero, Pat Jackson of Master Title Agency, and many more. Bartenders competed to see who could raise the most money in sales and gratuities during their scheduled one hour time slot. The winner received the title of “Mixologist Extraordinaire” in addition to other prizes. All their tips go to support Big Day at the Lake and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Greater Charlotte.
